该发泡机适用于干法水性PU合成革的胶料发泡，用来替代湿法PU合成革，以改变复杂的加工工艺从而达到降低成本，并具有环保、节能的特点。加工出的产品有极好的透气性。也可用于地毯、人造毛皮的背胶、窗帘布的发泡涂层、乳胶、橡胶、化妆品等的发泡。
This machine model is designed for the dry rubber foaming process of fluid PU synthetic leather as a replacment of the wet process to change the complicated manufacturing process, resulting in lower costs, environmental-friendliness,energy efficiency and optimal porosity of end products.
It is also designed for carpet and artificial fur backing operation, curtain cloth foaming/coating operation and foaming operation of latex, rubber and cosmetics and more.

该产品适用于织物涂层胶、地毯胶、装饰、人造毛皮、玻璃纤维、人造革基布、窗帘布、无纺布涂层及后整理。该发泡机具有气液、泡沫密度半自动及全自动变频控制系统。
The product is applicable to fabric coating glue, carpet glue and ornament, artificial fur, glass fiber, artificial leather base fabric, curtain fabric, non-woven fabric coating and finishing. This foaming machine has semi-automatic and fully automatic frequency control systems for gas-liquid and foam density.
